DAO GUIDANCE

The new organizational structure will allow all members who hold our currency the ability to vote on what we do with a collective fund. Governance and growth will be focused around the following guiding principals:

1.FROM WITHIN

With the launch of the DAO, all hires will be made from within the collective membership, ensuring that members directly benefit from their association with our community. We already have all the people we need, ready to accomplish our expansion goals and our positive impact initiatives. Those hired can choose to be paid in our currency or receive payment in fiat.

2. GLOBAL AMBITIONS

Time to build. With our collective we will launch multiple build teams to work on the development of new houses and adventures across the globe. NYC will expand, we’ll begin work on our Puerto Rico Clubhouse and will quickly follow with activation of teams in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Tokyo, London, Sydney and more. Members will vote on new cities with investments of $50k - $100k made into areas with the most potential for membership growth.

In addition to Clubhouses, we’ll begin the launch of a network of secret play rooms throughout cities which only members will know about. Our upcoming mobile app will allow you to find new spaces to play designed for various fantasies and kinks. Either through low cost build-outs from properties already owned by the membership or through purchased real estate all revenue becomes owned by the 144,000.

3. USE MONEY FOR GROWTH

Acquisitions and growth plans will be focused on media and categories which fall in line with exclusive creative offerings for within the membership. Members will be able to submit proposals which fit within our governance goals and seek grants from the community for development projects. We will put special focus on our media offering, providing a method for us to reach millions of people across the various languages without interference from Meta. The goal being to provide a platform for our membership to speak and express freely.

4. THE ONE COMMIT

The NSFW will be committed to a $1 or 1% profit goal for all initiatives the DAO launches over the next 7 years. The purpose is to allow enough funds for reinvestment in growth opportunities. This One Commitment will allow us to pay members working on projects more, ensure the most bio-safe manufacturing, distribution and production, ensure our offering is always better priced and better produced, and ensure that we maintain our collective focus on using this community as a means to accomplish greater good while having the funds to do it.

5. NSFW HQ

Through this fund we will purchase and improve the current Soho Clubhouse. This space will become owned by the membership. Renovations will be made. Pre-Covid, a WeWork/Spa co-working space called HIGHCOURT was being built in the building across from our Clubhouse.

Our plan is to provide a new concept for the space and make this six story building into the new NSFW HQ.

  • SPA LEVEL: The first male/female play friendly bathhouse in the world.

  • FIRST FLOOR: Retail and plant medicine dispensary. Discovery area to understand navigating the NSFW.

  • SECOND FLOOR: Aphrodisiac/Plant Medicine Bar & Restaurant. Revolving chefs from within the membership.

  • THIRD FLOOR: Open Play Space. Private bed rentals. Performance stage for Muse performances.

  • FOURTH FLOOR: Fantasy themed rooms. Rent individual rooms to complete any fantasies you may want to explore. A return to our West Village roots.

  • FIFTH FLOOR: Creative Studios. Members will be able to access podcasting rooms, photoshoot walls, and other media creation needs.

  • ROOFTOP: Seasonal and plant medicine garden. Select items sold and incorporated into meals.

The NSFW HQ will be a high concept destination for a global collective of $LOVERS.

6. PARADISE ON EARTH

One of the first Clubhouses outside of New York will be built in Puerto Rico providing members with a paradise on earth to visit throughout the year. An influx of potential members have recently moved to the island looking for safe, judgment-free spaces to explore. The new Clubhouse will provide an escape for those looking to explore weekend long playtimes. We’ll continue to build this property to expand our offering.

7. THE MOVEMENT

Expansion into media, law, politics, marketing and categories outside of the development of safe, judgment-free spaces will fall under our 21 Miracles Initiative. Over the next seven years, we will push forward organizational goals aimed at healing and expanding knowledge of our community. Each year we will announce three "miracles" with the goal of accomplishing them within seven years.
